Be sure to check out our wiring diagrams to make sure your cable box is installed correctly. If you should still incur problems, our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and we will be happy to help. If a problem should occur after hours, you can call our repair number at 496-3393 and our answering service will contact our on-call personnel to assist.
