Getting Started

How do I register for online access to my account? (Note: You will need to have your last cable bill statement to complete the registration process.)

  1. Enter your 7-digit local telephone number in the following format: Digits only, no spaces (5555555).
  2. Chose a 4 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once your on-line PIN is established, you will be required to use this PIN when ordering Pay-Per-View on-line or when calling 496-1234.
  3. A 9-digit account number appears on the top left hand corner of your cable bill statement. Please enter the last 6-digits in the following format: Digits only, no spaces (000000).

If I forget my PIN, what should I do?

  • Call the Waitsfield Cable Customer Service Department at 496-5800.

How do I change my PIN?

  • This option is available in the "Update Account" section. Once you have logged into your account, select the “Update Account” option. Enter your new PIN and select the Modify Data button at the bottom of the screen. Your PIN has now been updated.

Viewing and Paying Your Bill On-Line

Why doesn't the “View Your Bill” option reflect the most recent changes to my account?

  • The “View Your Bill” option is simply a reprint of your last cable bill statement that was issued for your account. It will not reflect any changes or payments made since the last bill was issued. You can view new transactions in the “Transaction History” section of the site.

How soon will a credit card payment be reflected on my account?

  • Your account is updated immediately when you make a payment with a credit card.

How do I reactivate my cable account if it has been disconnected for non-payment?

  • Paying your past due balance by credit card will immediately reconnect your cable service.

Ordering Pay-Per View Online

How do I know what Pay-Per-View channel are available to me?

  • If you have Analog Cable service, Pay-Per-View channels 32 and 59 will be displayed.
  • If you have Digital Cable service, Pay-Per-View channels 500, 501, 502, and 503 will be displayed.
  • If you have a combination of Analog and Digital Cable service, Pay-Per-View channels 32, 59, 500, 501, 502, and 503 will be displayed.

How do I cancel a movie / event?

  • Select the Pay-Per-View Order History option and proceed with the cancel option. You will receive a cancel confirmation via your e-mail address.

Note: You can cancel a Pay-Per-View movie or event up to 24 hours in advance.

Instructions For Basic Cable Subscribers Upgrading to Cable Network Tier Online:

  • Basic cable subscribers can now upgrade to our Cable Network Tier Package online. For only an additional $20.20 per month, you will receive 31 additional channels including CNN, ESPN, Discovery, New England Sports Network, and more. Click here to see our entire channel lineup.

To upgrade:

  • Click on the "Manage My Account" link and once logged in, select the "Add New Channels" link. Under "Additional Available Services", check the WTR package and click "Preview Changes". You will be asked to confirm your selection. Simply click on the "Commit Changes" to activate. You will receive a confirmation screen that confirms that the package was added and ready to view.
